Hi
I'm creating a IVR with a Call Handler.
I've created a DN 6100 that forwards all calls to voicemail pilot
I've created a Call Handler name IVR with 6100 extension with a locutions in greetings.
But when I call to 6100 UC play me the opening greeting default locution. The weird thing is when I'm lisening the opening greeting and press 6100, UC forward the call to IVR call handler correctly and I can lisen the IVR locution. But
Why UC is not play me IVR in the first time? It is like UC doesn't detect calling number, but with VoiceMail users I don't have this probem.
Any ideas?
Thank you.
Best Regards

Hi there,
I would try deleting the DN 6100 and then also completely removing it
via Route Plan>Unassigned numbers>delete.
Then go back in and try creating 6100 as a CTI-RP with a call forward all
to Unity Connection. Then test and see if you get the same result
Cheers!

Thank you
I've done that but no work.
It still plays opening greetins like there is not any call handler with the extension 6100.

OK...then we need to see more info
I would try this Tool from the excellent suite of Unity Tools to have a look
to see what info is passed to Unity Connection when you call 6100. Maybe there
is a routing rule in Connection that is messing this up or something.

HI.
In addition to precious info from my friend Rob (+5P ), you can create a new voicemail profille with the same voice mail pilot and configure a mask as 6100.
Associte this new profile to Route Point DN and see if it makes difference.

callerID='870500' callerName='' calledID='6100' redirectingID='??6100' lastRedirectingID='??6100' reason=8=FwdUncond.
thank you anyway the remote status port aplication is nice.
