What is the difference between CUWL Standard Messaging & Basic Messaging license for Cisco Unity Connection 9.1 ?
Please view the attachments & guide me why we are running out of licenses type Basic Messaging 9.x (-77) ? As we have CUWL Standard Messaging (136), Basic 9.x (260) which supports Voice Mailing feature.
License Management / Licenses shows that CUWL Standard licenses were purchased, but Dasboad shows as being Basic messaging.
Why Basic Messaging is showing Required 213, Installed 0 & Unused -77 ?
Since Basic UCL license support Voice Mail feature, can we loan licenses from Basic UCL to Basic Messaging 9.X to fix insufficient license error or is there any other work around to fix it?
