Unity connection and Phoneview

Has anyone got this working. It seems you add an Application user and assign it to the device and in Connection create this CTI user in the phone system set up as well as adding the feature to the user, - nothing else. However when you use the messages button on CCM you only get the voice prompt press 1 to listen etc , the screen of the phone 7941 does not change from the normal off hook display. I played around with the authenticate URL on both connection and ccm pointing it to Connection http://x.x.x.x:8080/ccmcip/authenticate.jsp as someone mentioned this as well. Do you not need to assign the CTI user to any ports in CCM?

It will not change automatically, the user needs to press 5.

thanks, I`m now getting an error response "there was an error..." It is to do with authenticating with CUCM from the phone ?

Got it working but not impressed, should the play, delete options be via the softkeys of the handset?
