I pretty new to call trees, call handlers, etc. in Cisco Unity Connection. I have a requirement to set up an Auto Attendant to greet callers to one of our offices main numbers. I have a high level understanding of the steps to get this set up but this post is more of a specific question around the audio recording functionality in Unity Connection.
In the Recordings section of the Greeting (Standard) page, there is a java applet which can be used to play or record an audio file. I clicked on this button to start the Java applet and I was able to select the extension of a phone to record an audio clip. My issue here is that I can't seem to find a way to change the extension to a different one to use for recording. How do I do this?
