Hi; i'm running comunications manager business edition ver. 6.1.2 with unity connection 2.1.2; i made the integration and tested with two users created from the callmanager administration; the problem is that i can not create a user using the unity connection interface (in the user section does not appear this option) i can not change the password options in the user templates either, so users can not initialize their mailbox (this option appears as read only); the same situation occurs when accessing the axl servers section on the telephony integration. i'm using the default application user: ccmadministrator.
Thanks, i have another question , the user Moves adds and change guide says that i can change the user template password from the unity connection interface or use the default password applied during installation, as i told you before, i can not change this password and i didn't set any password for user template during installation. The isntallation only ask for two passords: administrator an application user.
