Unity Connection gets Java Security Exception "Missing required permissions manifest"

Unity Connection 8.5 and 8.6.2 SU1 get Java Security Exception "Missing required permissions manifest" any time I try to play a sound file.

This occurs on IE 10 and Firefox 27.0.

go in control panel > java>security > reduce the bar to medium and try hope u will be not prompted by this error above.
