Unity Connection in VMWare

Hi, I was able to create a VM for CUCM 8.0(2c) with VMWare Server by using the recommended specs from the OVA file.  However, I can't get the hardware right for the installer to allow Unity Connection to run.  I used the settings from the OVA file (see attached file):

160 GB SCSI Disk

2 GB RAM

RHEL 4

I have tried dual drives, single drives, 250 GB disk size, 2.5 GB of RAM, etc...But when I get the options for which app to install, I only get CUCM and CUCM-BE.  It won't let me install Unity Connection.  Any ideas on what hardware settings to use to get it to work?

Thanks.

Try 4GB RAM and 2 CPUs. I was able to get it working with this configuration.

Hi,

reviewing the CUC system requirements document, I notice that you need at least 8.0(3) version for virtual machines (and you're trying with 8.0(2)).

See:
