Hi

Can I check my mailbox sizing

I need to allow for 30 mins of mailbox storage for each 1000 users- currently its set as 95MB per user

I think I only need about 15MB per user

You should use the mailbox sizing guide from the document below.

Your calculations depends on the recodring codec you have chosen..for G711a/u you get 11KB/s of recording..

You calculate it like this..

1s----------11KB

30min (1800s)------XKB

X=1800*11=1980KB

So for 30mins for each user you will need 19.8MB.
