Hi,
Unity connection & CCM is integrated properly & all the vocie ports are registered in CCM. I am able to send & read Voice Mails. Voice Pilot no is working fine. But the problem is MWI On/Off is not showing once msg is delivered or read out....plz suggest..

When you dial MWI on/off numbers from the phone does the red light comes up ?
For example the mwi on off numbers and 7001 and 7002. If you dial those numbers does the red light turns on and off ?
- check the setting under "Telephony Integration" -->"Phone System"
-also check Search Users ----> Edit User Basics ---> Message Waiting Indicators

Yes, from our phone system when we dial the MWI ON number it Glow & after pressing MWI OFF it goes...

Check your CSS and partitions for MWI lights on/off, VM ports and phones.
Voice mail ports should have access to MWI numbers and MWI numbers should be able to access phones.

User phones & MWI ON/OFF numbers are in same CSS & Partition...Still the problem is happening..any sort of help would be appreciated..
