Unity Connection ports not registering with CUCM

I have two Unity Cconnection (ver.10.5) clusters integrated with one CUCM (ver.10.5) cluster.

Unity Cluster #1 (consists of UNC01 and UNC02) works fine.

Unity Cluster #2 (consists of UNC03 and UNC04) has issues.

UNC03 (publisher) ports are not registered with CUCM anymore (no idea why they unregistered)

UNC04 ports are registered with CUCM.

Since Publisher (UNC03) controls MWI users couldn't get  MWI lamp "on" when they receive voice message.

What I did to temporary fix the issue I manually forced UNC04  to be a "primary" in the cluster. Now, users are getting MWI lamp "on" when the receive voice message.

How to troubleshoot why UNC03 voice mail ports unregistered from CUCM and how to register them again.

Any help appreciated
