Unity Connection Pre-Greetings recording

Does this feature is natively build into Unity?.

If there is a post-greetinga recording in Unity there should be a pre-greetings recording, right?

Only Post-Greeting exists. What are you trying to say before the greeting?

Customer specific messages for users groups  (different for each users group). Easy to change and maintain (no call handler per user). Something like the post greetings messages.
