Our customer deployed 2 unity connection server on their uc architecture , 2 function enabled on CUC system (AA and voice mail ) today the RMTM alerting the cuc puslisher has gone down , but the subscriber server running normally and found a message on subscriber means change a role to publisher , SO we test Auto attendant that's fine But user can not access their voice mailbox , system not response any when user enter their user id
