We have run across an obscure issue in Unity Connection that is by design I am sure, I just wanted to see if there is a way to modify it. When doing a self-enrollment and you get to the password portion, if you accidentally hit # without creating a proper password it sends you to default opening greeting on the system without allowing you to retype the password. So the system requires a 6 digit password, if you type 123#, it sends you to the default greeting, which could be the error handler I guess.
Has anyone seen this and/or is their a way to modify the self enrollment behavior.
