Unity Connection sends a message

Hi Everybody,

I am trying to set up CUC to place a call from voice recognition conversation. but it sends directly to called party voicemail without to ring phone.

any suggestion would be appreciated.

For the user configuration, go to Edit > Transfer Rules > set Transfer Action to (ring) Extension as opposed to Greeting.
