Unity Connection Upgrade

I have an MCS 7815 running Unity Connection 1.X and am looking to upgrade to 7.X and can not locate any upgrade guides as this server is EOL. Has anybody done this or know where I could locate an upgrade guide? Thanks.

First, you need to confirm whether you platform is compatibile with the release of Unity Conneciton you are targeting.  Check this link out for specifications:
