Unity Connection User " 0 Out" Feature

Where in Unity Connection do you define the "0 Out" feature to all allow callers to transfer to an opeator or another extension without leaving a message?

Go to the user and edit "Caller Input" for 0 and send caller to

the desired directory number.

I believe that is for standard Unity.

This is for Unity Connection 7.x. I have no fields refering to "Caller Imput" under the Users section.....

Hi Arthur,

No, this is from Unity Connection 7.1 which is what we are running as well

If you bring up a User (yourself for example) and then click on Edit> the 7th

selection down from the top of the list should be Caller Input. This is where the Dial 0

would be set.
