Unity Connection Users

Unity connection 7 not attempting the user to sign into their mailbox when the messages button selected.  They get the default message from Unity Connection-Cisco Cathy.  It is acting like Unity does not recognize the extension to mailbox.  I have the primary extension on the user in CUCM and when I imported that user in CUC the extension number is on the user account.

Make sure the routing rules have the attempt sign in in 1st place.

You might also have something in the VM mask in the VM profile that's causing this.
