Hi every body,
I have cme v8.5 and unity connection v8.6.1.
When external calls or internal calls are forwarded to voicemail we cannot have the user's personal greeting.
The call is forwarded to greeting (like user has no voicemail box) and forward to operator.

Have you modified the call routing rules for FW calls??
Are you matching the same DN in a subscriber as the info you're sending to CUC??

No I didn't change the routing rule on unity connection.
this is the config on the cme
When we call this phone from PSTN we have the issue
ephone-dn 1 dual-line
number 940 secondary 0175770920
call-forward all 7010
call-forward busy 7010
call-forward noan 7010 timeout 15
corlist incoming profil-ToutAccess
When we call this phone from another ip phone we have the issue
ephone-dn 5 dual-line
number 944
call-forward all 7010
call-forward busy 7010
call-forward noan 7010 timeout 15
corlist incoming profil-ToutAccess e
this is the config on unity connection

Hi,
I think the issue is being caused by the CME config of the ephone
You are using secondary numbers
like 940 also has 0175770920 as a secondary
Looking at the first slide you posted the call into CUC was deemed for a long DN 0175770940
Can you try adding ALTERNATE EXTENSIONDNs for a couple
of test users
Like if in CUC the user is ext 940 add an Alternate Ext 0175770920
Do this for a couple of users and retest

I have changed the secondary phone number but I still have the issue.

Now you have changed the secondary number and added the Alterate Ext
What does the port monitor show when you call 940

Hi there,
It looks like 0175770940 should be the secondary number for 940
and it should also be the Alternate extension for 940 instead of 0175770920

this is the port monitor when I have the following parameter and on unity connection the external phone is configured for alternate extension :
ephone-dn 1 dual-line
number 940 secondary 940
call-forward all 7010
I still have the same issue, the default greeting when user has no mailbox.
With another IP Phone when I call the ip phone number 940 I also have the same issue.

I deleted the following parameter and it's work.
telephony-service
no dialplan-pattern 1 0175770... extension-length 3
