Hello Asif,

Make sure your browsers are allowed to run ActiveX controls.

If you are running a new version of Java, try using Java 6 update 30.

Make sure your browser is not blocking the connection due to SSL.

BTW what version of CUC do you have?

Hello Asif,

When you click on the Record button, you will be prompt if you would like to Replace the existing file, after you select yes you will get a pop-up to put in the extension you wish to dial. If what you wish is to upload an existing wav file you have click on Open FIle.

Hi Namdeem and David,

Thank you for the reply..

yes i am using mozilla as i am not getting drop down list in IE and Chrome from CUCM and Unity.

David i used to upload the wav file many times but now, i am getting error in uploading as unsupported or corrupted file but its playing fine on pc.(after converting from MP3 to .WAV its size became 2.5 MB)

so i decided to recorded it through IP phone by playing on my mobile.

many times it gives me option to specify another extension but often i am forced to use the same extension specified earlier.

Hi,

any one got any suggetion for me...
