Unity Connections remote call sign-in issue.

I have some users that when they dial there DID from outside they hit there VM press star and are prompted for their sign-in number and pin. Then I have some users that do the same thing, but the greeting just continues to play. I am sure there is a simple fix to this, but I cannot seem to find it. Hoping someone out here can lead me in the correct direction.

I am running Unity Connection 8.6.2.

I would check the following on a "working" vs "non-working" user;

 

User> Edit> Caller Input> * (star)> send to Sign-in

Both working and non-working

Both working and non-working boxes have * (star) pointing to the sign-in conversation under caller input.

All test calls have been done from a cell phone (iPhone specifically)

One gotcha that got me was if

One gotcha that got me was if the caller was using an analog cordless phone the DTMF was not being sent right.
