At present there is only one forwarding station created in Unity for incoming calls.
Can we create additional forwarding station in unity?
if yes, pls. mention how to create it
Do you mean Forwarding Rules? If yes, then you need to do the following:
- Open a System Admin webpage (SaWeb)
- Under Call Management select Call Routing
- Select Forwarded Calls
- Just insert the Forwarding Station and the Dialed Number that appears on the Call Viewer (on Tools Depot) for the incoming call to Unity.
- Finally select where to send the call under 'Send call to'
