Hello,
My client has a Unity 5.0 and would like the capabilitiy to manually control an emergency message that will play to incoming callers when they call the Main AA line, which is currently a callhandler in unity.
As mentioned above the client would like to be able to turn this greeting on and/or off when they want to.
Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

yes, use the greetings administrator to do that
look for CUGA or Cisco Unity Greetings Administrator
