Unity Express 7.0 with CallManager 7.0 CTI Route Point

Is there a CUE CLI command to get reset the CTI integration?  During CUE Initialization setup I typed the wrong number for the CTI Route Point, I then corrected in the CUE GUI but in CCM Admin > CTI Route Point > the number showed un-registered. 

The only fix was reload in CUE. 

Is there not a CUE CLI command to reset the service, seems any JTAPI/CTI issues the first answer is always reload.
