I am Thejas from Dubai
Here i m facing a problem with unity express auto attendant.
Here we are using unity expree 3.1.1 and callmanager express version is 4.3
Our router platform is 2821
but the problem is when we trying ro call to the autoattendant its giving welcome prompt but we can not select the menus. Key inputs are not getting in effect.
Kindly give me a solution for the above issue...
