Unity express + CallManager 7.0

Hello,

I will start the installation for a new telephony ip project that i have those elements :

1- Cisco CallManager 7.0

2- Cisco 2811

3- Unity express in the same router 2811

I want know if the Unity express can be used to receive the voice mail form the CallManager?

Hi Hicham,

Yes you can do this. It's referred to as JTAPI integration with CUCM. For CUCM 7 you will want to run the latest CUE 3.2 software. Also, be aware that there is a CUCM license and CME license - get the CUCM license or you'll have troubles.
