Sure. Either you can set up a number for the voicemail pilot number that can be dialed directly from the outside, or you make a custom auto attendant that has voicemail as an option, or you can simply call your own number (or any number on the system) and when it forwards the voicemail and you hear the greeting, press * and you can sign in using your ID and password.
