I am going through strange problem i configure my unity express module with my call manager and its successfull but now the problem is i also uploaded my own audio files in unity express module in " aa.aef" script but now when i dial my IVR trigger "7980" its plays my uploaded audio file but after that its also plays the default audio as well like " my customize audio file " than " if you know your dial extension .....etc" this is what unwanted situation happens i dont want the default audio to be played if i uploaded my customize audio file in the prompts of aa.aef script than why the default audio file played.....??????
