Hi - Easy question here (I think)
Can i use unity express voicemail as a basic voicemail solution for my Call Manager 4.1.3 cluster?
I am looking for a simple voicemail solution without the integration with MS Exchange.
As usual your opinions are greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Rod

Yes, you can use Unity express with your CCM cluster, you'll need a gateway to place the module inside and that's it. Configuration is very easy.
My recommendation depends on how many users you have. If you have a lot of users that will need voicemail (more than 500) I'd look for another option, otherwise this is the right choice.

Hi Rod,
Just wanted to add a note to the great info from Jaime. Cue only scales to 250 users so if you need more expansion you may want to check out Unity Connection (no Exchange integration etc.)

Hope this helps!

Thanks for that Rob.
Could you point me in the direction of configuration instructions for CUE and CCM.
Many thanks
