I am writing a Unity Express script and I am trying to use the Switch String object to process clls differnely based on what number was called. I have tried using the Get Call Contact Info object to populate a variabnle with either the Called Number or Original Called Number value, but no matter what the Switch String always send the call to the Default path. The Original Called Number is definitely being seen on the CME as I can see it in the call history.
Does this info not get passed from CME to CUE, or does it need specific config to do so? Or have I simply got the Switch String configured wrong?
Any help much appreciated.
