Unity Express - Transfer caller to external number by using fxo hook-flash

Hello,

One of my customers wants a night service application that will transfer an incoming caller to a cellular phone by using the hookflash on the FXO ports. Is there a way to do this in CUE Script Editor, or any other way I haven't looked at?

System is Unified CME 7.1 running off an ISR. I have another customer with the same request on a UC520.

Can you explain the call flow ? Who calls who and who does the hookflash ?

Client calls main number which is answered by CUE Auto Attendant after hours. Caller presses 0, CUE sends a hookflash to the FXO port to receive transfer dialtone. CUE dials cellphone number of the night technician and releases the call so that the client is transferred to the cellphone without tying 2 lines.

Not sure this concept exists in Europe but this might clarify the situation.

I see. No, the CUE cannot do this.
