Unity 7.0(2) with Exchange, setup for failover. Primary server randomly fails over to secondary, no apparent cause, sometimes as often as twice a week. Have EMS notifications set to alert me via email, voice mail and syslog. Email notifications work sporadically, syslog notification usually works, voice mail notification doesn't work at all. Also, pressing the failback button on the secondary during failover starts the failback process, deactivates the secondary server, makes the primary active, then immediately begins deactivating the primary and fails over again. Every time this happens, I have to reboot both servers to get the primary to remain active. So far, my first line support has been little help with suggestions to reboot and/or stop Unity on the secondary to force failback. No real ideas about why this happens or how to repair. Help would be much appreciated.
