Tried to move user from Unity 4.0.4 to Unity 7.0.2. User move was fine, no errors, except that the PIN did not carry over. Greetings, recorded name, etc were fine.
Were you prompted to select a user template when you moved the subscriber? I am wondering if the template you selected had a different account policy or reset the password?
