Some queries on Unity:
Is it ok to run Unity Backup during business hours? Does it affect call processing? Can it be run when calls are running?
Suppose I take Unity 5 backup @ 2100 hours, will a Voice Mail message received @ 2030 hours be backed up?

Is it ok to run Unity Backup during business hours?................ Not recommended.
Does it affect call processing? ................Yes, VM Application will be slowed down.
Can it be run when calls are running? ............Yes but not recommended.
Suppose I take Unity 5 backup @ 2100 hours, will a Voice Mail message received @ 2030 hours be backed up? ............Yes.
