Unity Installation

Hi All,

I am attempting to load Unity onto a MCS 7825-H1 series cisco server. The server was given to a customer to test run unity on their network. The server did not come with any platform configuration cd's/dvd's

I tried a few Platform configuration disks i have (Rev 17, Rev 16 and an old HP platform unity CD)

With each disk i get the "This server is not supported with this platform" error

Any suggestions on what version i need or did we get a wrong type of server for Unity installation

Hi,

Do you have the Cisco part number? it should have ECS at the end of it, if it is meant for Unity.

Otherwise, you can probably work your way around it just installing Windows and all the required components.
