Unity Message button goes directly to Directory Handler

Happened all of sudden today. RNA and busy goes to the subscriber mailbox but dialing the VM pilot or pressing the message button brings you to spell by name which is the directory handler. ANy ideas?

make sure there are not new "direct tranfer rules" defined on Unity pointing the the handler.

most probably someone was playing around with the call routing rules for direct calls and changed them so the one that sends you to the directory handler is above the sign in rule
