The first, when calling into voicemail from an IP Phone, it says the messaging store server is offline, and will be able to access messages after the outage has cleared. Checked on Unity and do not see any errors. Is this a problem with exchange?
The second problem, after moving the Unity Server to our hosting centre, we now send calls across the WAN. Before moving the Unity Server, while it was still on the LAN, we could call in and atleast here the prompts, now that we have moved it, we are getting no audio, dial in from IP phone, rings twice, connects, then no audio comes through!
Any suggestions as to where I should start looking?
I can call Unity Speech Connect server and get through, no problem, audio works fine.
