Unity password management

Is there a way our 1st line support can reset unity passwords without having access to the system?

They will need some level of access to be able to do this. The easiest thing to do is set up a favourite on their desktop pointing to the Unity server:

http:///web/sa

Add the username and domain and save the password for them (for the unity admin account).

Then they can log onto the GUI and make changes without having to RDP onto the server.
