Can someone tell me where Unity, in a Unified Messaging environment, points to exchange, and how I would go about changing that to a new exchange server?
Usually partner exchange information is setup during the installation wizard. I guess there is another way of changing the exchange partner server information is "Run the Permissions wizard" from the Unity tools depot and follow the prompts until you reach a point whether you want to change the exchange server.
Check the documentation below for specific version instructions but you will probably have to re-run the mailbox configuration in add/remove programs to re-home to a different exchange partner server.
