When calling into our system currently, the system answers with the auto-attendant, then when a caller enters an extension, the extension rings, however it is one long ring that lasts for about 20 seconds. Where would you think to start looking at the issue? CUCM or Unity?

What are CUCM & Unity versions ?

CUCM 8.0.2 and Unity 7.0(2)

If it's supervised transfer I would check the port status monitor in Unity as a start, if release to switch, I'd check CUCM

It is release to switch. This just started happening. Shoudl I try to restart the CUCM services and then see what we get from there? This is a very strange thing. Sometimes we get one continous ring, sometimes we get a single ring then nothing, but the user being called still has a ringing phone even though there is silence on the callers side.
