I have a brand new Unity server (MCS-7825-I2) which when booting recognizes the array - and I can go into the array config - but it will not boot to the array. I can boot to a CD but it just loops through the boot process and never boots to the array. I am thinking it is probably just something I am missing but can't figure it out. When I go into setup it gives me options to boot to DVD, removable device, hard drive, and network device but not to the array. Any thoughts?

Did you set the array to be bootable in the array configuration utility? What do you have loaded on the array?

Yes - I tried that and it made no diffence. I compared to the Call Manager server and the config all looks the same. I'm assuming this box was to come preloaded with Unity? Or not?

1) Try updating the BIOS on the server from IBM site and verify.
2) Check to see if SATA Raid is enabled
This should help in the Disc recognise the logical Drives..
