Unity (Speech Access)

This is probably an easy one, but I couldn't find the answer in any of the Unity documentation that I was looking for. Is speech access included with Unity 7.0? The ability to use speech to navigate menus and manage your voicemail messages? Not the speech driven auto attendant. Any insight that someone out there can offer would be greatly appreciated.

I don't believe that you need 'Speech connect' to use 'Speech Access' however. I was under the impression that these were completely separate entities. Perhaps I am mistaken.
