Unity transfer to Aterisk Extensions

Hi, i have  a Callmanager 4.x with unity 5.x system connected to an asterisk pbx via sip trunk. Formerly i can transfer incoming calls via unity to any extension in asterisk, using dummny internet subscribers for each extension. Afater an outage this stop working. When i dial an asterisk extension from the unity greeting it plays the message : " Wait while we transfer your call..." and then plays music on hold, forever , an the call is not tranfered.

The trunk is working well and asterisk phones anc ccm phones can comunnicate each other.

Is that a direct integration between Unity & Asterisk ? or it's Asterisk <---> SIP Trunk <---> CUCM <---> Unity ?

Are the Asterisk phones able to dial into Unity to check their VM's ?

Event Logs from Unity might have a definite clue.

No, is not direct. Asterisk phones don't have voicemail, we're using dummy internet subscribers so outside callers can reach them trough unity autottendant.
