Hello,
We have user A that everytime he leaves a voicemail for another user B the viewmail on outlook for user B shows another user name not user A name. We have unity 7.

The content of the subject line is populated based on the calling party information of the call that was forwarded to Unity. You may want to look at the Alerting Name and Display fields of that person's directory number line appearence where they make the call from. This information is passed to Unity as part of the call setup which Unity then copies into the subject field.

If this happens to be a Shared Line check the Display Name on all the
related phones;

So, it is not showing the DisplayName information?

When user A leaves user B a voicemail email in outlook the subject line shows the right extension of user A who left the voicemail but the wrong name, any suggestions. Its only happening to one user everyone else works fine.
