What you will do is configure internet subscribers where Unity does the call handling and takes the message but you define the message store of the user as other e-mail where it's going to be sent and nothing is done on Exchange as message store for him.

Other than receiving messages (and possibly calls), Internet subscribers do not have access to other Cisco Unity features, and some sections of the Cisco Unity Administrator are disabled for Internet subscribers. Internet subscribers:
â¢Cannot log on to Cisco Unity by phone to check or send messages.
â¢Cannot log on to Cisco Unity by phone-or use the Cisco Unity Assistant-to adjust personal settings, so their recorded names and greetings can only be recorded or changed in the Cisco Unity Administrator.
â¢Cannot use Cisco Unity ViewMail for Microsoft Outlook or the Cisco Unity Inbox.
â¢Cannot own private lists.
â¢Cannot set up or receive message notifications.
Now, I am able to receive voicemail email notification in both places, the new account id and the forwarding email, ex: webmail)
Another option to access the voicemail email without using the above 2 options is using the exchange web access: http://unity-server-ip-address/exchange, login with userid and password. Still need to setup password for each subscriber.
