I have created a voicemail box with an announcement that would play on a forwarded call from CTI RP. The announcement routes to default unity announcement instead of my announcement. I do see right digits being sent to unity. Any info on where to check will be appreciated.
What version of Unity? Can you trace the call using Port Status Monitor (http://www.ciscounitytools.com/Applications/Unity/PortStatusMonitor42/PortStatusMonitor42.html). Does the call attempt to access your new mailbox. You may also want to check schedules associated with the voicemail box and double check the transfer and greeting settings to ensure that the call flow is not doing something you have not purposefully intended. Check your call routing rules (direct/forward) to ensure you don't have something else getting in the way. I am just bringing up the likely areas for config mishaps. Using the port status monitor will tell you exactly what is going on.
