UnityConn forward message add address option

I have a customer that forwards alot of emails to various UConn subscribers but does not like the fact that he has to dial 91 every time he wants to add another address.  I looked all over the keymapping field to see if I can change that but cant find the option.

Ex.  User checks messages and presses 5 to forward.  User adds a pre-message then presses #.  spells by name or number, adds the first address then is prompted to dial 91 to add additional addresses or press # to send.

We want to change the 91 option to a something else.  Can this be changed and if so, where is the option?

Hi Edward,

Go to the User > Edit> Send message Settings > "Check" Continue Adding names after each Recipient

This will remove the 9-1 option after each name/extension is entered
