Which CUCM version? Which attendant console? Could it be CUDAC, CUBAC, CUEAC? If CUDAC or CUBAC, the app will pull directory information from CUCM. Specifically, the Telephone Number parameter value for an end user. If that number does not match the directory number (extension) on the phone EXACTLY, then you will receive unknown status. So, I would check there first.
I can't be positive. More information would be needed.
thanks for your reply. the CUCM is an old version 6.1, Attendant console is download from cucm server and installed on the workstation, version is also 6.1, and I can confirm that "Telepone Number" field in "End User Configuation" does match the extention in Directory.
I also enalbled the BLF FOR CALL LIST in Enterprise Parameters Configuration, but still not working? is there any other filed need to be configured? Cheers Roy
