Unknown Call when call comes through FXO

Hi,

I have configured a Cisco Call Manager setup to cater 150 IP Phones, with CCM 4.1.2 and Cisco VG 2821, we have E1 PRI for DID and 16 FXO Lines for Local Calls, when the call comes through the FXO, I get Unknown Number on the IP Phones. The below is the configuration of the Voice Port.

voice-port 0/0/0

supervisory disconnect dualtone mid-call

supervisory custom-cptone UAE-SIEMENS-SWITCH

supervisory dualtone-detect-params 1

input gain 14

compand-type a-law

timeouts call-disconnect 5

timeouts wait-release 5

caller-id enable

what did u use as a control protocol on VG 2821 (mgcp,h323,sip,...)?

and this is the reason, since CallManager does not support caller ID on FXO

ports from MGCP gateways.

u should use h323 for this purpose
