Hi,
As per the debug posted above, the provider is seding the calling number to your GW.

Dear Sureshsubs
i put XXX in calling and called number for security for the customer , but it is a correct number reached and the desk phones ringing and i can hear each other but the problem is :
showing me unknown number in incoming calls to my desk phone
01-26-2014 10:51 PM
when you run the debug isdn q931, what do you see as calling number?
Calling Party Number i = 0x2181, '94455XXX' or
Calling Party Number i = unknown?

Hi
calling party number ! = number (not unknown number)
and this is additional debug
Bearer Capability i = 0x8090A3
Standard = CCITT
Transfer Capability = Speech
Transfer Mode = Circuit
Transfer Rate = 64 kbit/s
Channel ID i = 0xA9839C
Exclusive, Channel 28
Calling Party Number i = 0x0081, '26307052'
Plan:Unknown, Type:Unknown
Called Party Number i = 0x80, '50198866'
Plan:Unknown, Type:Unknown
Jan 26 07:25:49: ISDN Se1/0:15 Q931: RX <- CALL_PROC pd = 8 callref = 0xC510
Channel ID i = 0xA9839C
Exclusive, Channel 28
what i am thinking , is it from MOC or ISP ? or from my side ?
01-26-2014 11:47 PM
in that case, you still receive the caller ID from ISP as shown in debug isdn q931. we need to check the CCM traces to know why the caller ID is not displaying on the phone. Please collect the CCM SDI logs for a test call and with the debugs I mentioned earlier.
