I am running CUCM 6.0 and the following scenario has occured;
2244 Forward No Reply/Busy etc to 2242
2242 Forward No Reply/Busy etc to 2244
MAX calls on each line = 2
Busy Trigger = 1 (users get confused on 2nd incoming call so we prevent it using the busy trigger)
When both numbers are busy the external caller receives a Number Unobtainable tone and not the engaged tone.
Any pointers as to where I should start looking to solve this?
